3/4 fl oz	Ginger liqueur
3/4 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz	Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup

How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of Creole-style bitters.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Crown with more crushed ice.

Garnish

Garnish with 3 dashes of Creole-style bitters to colour ice crown.

I indulged in an Italian Holiday made with Foursquare Master Series No. 4 and an Italian Amaro. Quite nice—tiki at the high end.

This is a fun one. Made with Bacardi 8, Jager, Domaine De Canton, Liber & Co orgeat, Peychaud's bitters. Everything is well balanced. All of the non-Jager ingredients do a good job of "taming" the Jager. I'm not a huge licorice/anise fan and I like this drink, fwiw. Overall smooth, complex, and easy drinking.
