Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
60 ml BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
22.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
