Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
45 ml BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
30 ml Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Egg white
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
