How to make:
Cut passion fruit in half and scoop flesh into shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

| 2 fl oz | Tennessee whiskey |
| 1/2 fl oz | Licor 43 (or other spiced vanilla liqueur) |
| 3 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
| 1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 3 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
