In its simplest form, this is a Daiquiri with added triple sec and rose water - or a Margarita with rum. Whatever, it's a good balance of sweet and sour.
I don't know the origin of this cocktail, but in March 2021, I revisited the recipe to arrive at the above. Our/the original recipe:
60ml (2oz) Light white rum
15ml (½oz) Triple sec
30ml (1oz) Lime juice
15ml (½oz) Sugar syrup
2.5ml (½ spoon) Rosewater
One serving of Jackie O's Rose contains 191 calories

Since this is a cocktail using rum, we use Clement Creole Shrub instead of Triple Sec.
Found the rose flavour to be subtle at first, and then more noticeable once the cocktail rested.
