| 60 ml | Appleton Estate Reserve Blend |
| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 30 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 6 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 15 ml | Egg white |
