Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Patrón Silver blanco tequila
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
2 dash Bittered Sling Plum & Rootbeer Bitters
