Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Sagatiba Velha Cachaça
20 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur
10 ml Galliano Vanilla liqueur
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
3 fresh Mint leaves
