Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
15 ml Irish whiskey
30 ml Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.)
15 ml Chilled water
7.5 ml Lapsang souchong sugar syrup
22.5 ml Blended Scotch whisky
