Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
50 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
5 leaf Culantro leaves
