| 30 ml | Barbancourt Five Star Reserve Speciale 8yo Rum |
| 30 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 22.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water) |
| 1 ring | Orange peel |
