Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
12 fresh | Blueberries (fresh) |
2 oz | Bourbon whiskey |
1 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Blueberries (or blackberries) & serve with straw
MUDDLE blueberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. (Or reduce sugar syrup to 10ml (1/3oz) and serve over cubed ice.)
Blueberries, lime and apple combine with and are fortified by bourbon.
