How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
1 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
5/6 fl oz | Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth |
2/3 fl oz | Italian red bitter liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Cold brew coffee |

History:
Created in December 2021 by yours truly after seeing a recipe for a Cold-Brew Negroni by Pamela Wiznitzer. Pam's recipe uses different proportions and includes coffee grounds infused Campari – seemed a faff so I created this version.
