Serve in a Collins glass
2 1⁄2 oz | Cachaça |
1 fresh | Kiwi fruit (fresh) |
1 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Kiwi slice
Cut kiwi in half and scoop flesh into blender. Add other ingredients and BLEND with 18oz scoop crushed ice until smooth. Serve with straws.
The kiwi fruit flavour is a little lacking so this drink is improved by using kiwi-flavoured sugar syrup.
