30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
60 ml | BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
2 scoop | Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) |
1 drop | Rose water |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
