Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
60 ml BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
2 scoop Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle)
1 drop Rose water
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
