Review

Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur adds zesty complexity to clean grainy vodka and delicately gin botanicals.

Lovely complex and herbal martini. Not at all too sweet for my taste.

If this is too sweet for one's palate, an alternative is to reduce the Bergamot to 10ml and make up the difference with 5ml Massenez Gingembre (which, as we understand it, is a ginger eau de vie), and maybe even consider a drop or two of Ginger Bitters.

A very nice martini take. Perfect balance of the ingredients.

Fragrant, fruity and delicate. Much more in the historical Martinez styles with loads of character and flamboyance compared to the austere dry martini that has come to dominate. Viva la revolucion!
