How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into absinthe misted glass.
|2 fl oz||Bacardi 8 year old rum|
|3/4 fl oz||Martini Rosso sweet vermouth (Star anise infused)|
|1/6 fl oz||Cinnamon sugar syrup|
|1/12 fl oz||Caramel sugar syrup|
|3 drop||Whiskey barrel aged bitters|
|1/12 fl oz||La Fée Parisienne absinthe|

This slightly rich cocktail makes for a good after-dinner drink.
Created for Bacardí Legacy 2017 by Wade Cleophas while working on the Norwegian Escape Cruise Ship. (Wade's recipe calls for 7.5ml caramel/cinnamon syrup but we used 5ml cinnamon and 2.5ml caramel.)

The inspiration comes from a combination of two classic cocktails that perfectly marry carefully selected flavour enhancers. The specific mixture of ingredients reflects the heritage of travel associated with rum."
