Great drink. Dessert in a glass. Perfectly sweet for its name. Everything was balanced. Lovely coctkail for after dinner.

Very tasty with my homemade sweet grass vodka. Yes it's on the sweet side but so's a cookie. All the flavors blend well together and are still discernable. Use plenty of zest to boost the lemon, and a bit more vodka and zubrovka doesn't hurt the balance either.

Really good but needs a little more lemon to be lemon butter. I used a quarter part to get more lemon.

I don’t like my drinks too sweet. So I made it with 15ml honey syrup 1:1 and 7.5ml lemon juice. Quiet suit again, for my taste. Next time I will pour 7.5ml 1:1 syrup. For the apple juice, freeze 1 apple for 8 hours, put it out of the freezer for 3 hours and just squize it in a glass over a strainer. You will get at least 60 ml juice from a small apple.

Loved this. The Lemon element is pretty low-key, so it's mainly Butter Cookie flavour - and none the worse for that. The nuttiness of the orgeat syrup comes through strongly, and the Bison Grass holds its own really well. But surely honey syrup, not pure honey? Made a mess of my shaker.

Yes, should be honey syrup. When I tried the previous recipe I found it a tad rich and dilute so I have re-jigged the recipe to sharpen it somewhat.
