Tikinated Pineapple Daiquiri

Serve in a Tiki mug or collins

Ingredients:
30 ml Pineapple rum
30 ml Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
30 ml Pineapple juice
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
10 ml Coconut liqueur (under 35% alc./vol.)
