Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Monkey 47 gin
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
2 dash The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
3 unit Mint leaves
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
