Review:

This combination of bittersweet liqueur, cachaça and sherry is polarising. I like it! I created it; but I can see that many, perhaps the majority, will hate it. Bet they don't like Marmite either. Poor souls!

This was outstanding. Simon's cocktails always hit the mark. Wonderful evening sipper. All the ingredients blend perfectly.

Simon this cocktail is awsesome. Best use of cachaça I've tried so far and a great first use for my first bottle of Amaro Santoni. Sherry adds so much dimension here. Try these three ingredients separately and ask yourself if they belong together... Wonderfully! (Ice or no ice in the glass?)

Thanks, Calvin. Pleased you like it. Should be served over ice - I've now fixed the 'How to make'.
