Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Basil sugar syrup
20 ml Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
