Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Absolut Lime Vodka
1 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
34 oz Chilled water reduce if wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

Created by yours truly in 2002, this cocktail is named after the study of the physical phenomena of lakes and other fresh waters-appropriate as it was originally based on Finlandia vodka, which is made using spring water so pure that it needs no purification.
