| 30 ml | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
| 30 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 60 ml | Single cream/half-and-half |
| 15 ml | Chai cream liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
