Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Absolut Pears Vodka
1 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
1 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
2 12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of apple or pear slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Serve with a straw.

Review:

A seriously tasty, strong, long drink. The name is a reversal of the London rhyming slang 'apples and pears' (stairs).
