45 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
22.5 ml | Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur) |
15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
