| 60 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 2 sprig | Mint (fresh) sprigs |
| 90 ml | Chilled water |
| 22.5 ml | Monin Lavender sugar syrup |
