Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Rosemary sugar syrup (1:1)
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
60 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
