Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Monkey 47 gin
30 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Lemon Syrup
6 unit Mint leaves
2 barspoon Lemon curd
5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
