Review:
For the perfect salt rim, liquidise sea salt to make it finer, then run a cut slice of lime (or orange) around the outside edge of the glass before dipping the outside of the rim into salt. Beware to only salt the outside of the glass to avoid contaminating the drink. Rimming only two-thirds of the glass with salt gives the drinker the option of enjoying the cocktail with or without salt.
