Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
200 ml Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
3 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
40 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
35 ml Agave syrup
