Serve in a Coupe glass
1 2⁄3 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
5⁄6 oz | Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1⁄3 oz | Chilled water omit if using wet ice |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
STIR (or shake) all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Originally shaken but perhaps better stirred. Simple but no less tasty for it.
