Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Monkey 47 gin
22.5 ml Giffard Creme de Rose
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 barspoon Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
1 dash Fee Brothers Rhubarb bitters
