Serve in a Double old-fashioned

Ingredients:
30 ml Monkey 47 gin
15 ml Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Vegan egg white alternative
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
0.6 ml Bob's Ginger Bitters
30 ml Monin Cinnamon Syrup
30 ml Giffard Sour Apple Liqueur
50 ml Pinot Noir red wine
