Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
34 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
34 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Have to say, the absinthe really does elevate this drink. You can discern it’s presence but it doesn’t overwhelm the other flavours.
