Serve in a Goblet glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Monkey 47 gin
30 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Cherry juice
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
