Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Monkey 47 gin
30 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Cherry bitters
45 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
