60 ml | Monkey 47 gin |
1⁄4 cupful | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
1⁄4 cupful | Chilled water |
20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
6 cube | Ice cubes |
5 sprig | Fresh tarragon (estragon) |
45 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
