Ingredients:
1 23 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
0.08 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
0.08 oz Strega liqueur
0.08 oz Clément Sirop de Canne
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon spiral or mint sprigs bouquet pegged to rim.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Jason E. Clapham at the St. Edward's MCR at Oxford, England, this cocktail is based on the Rum Daisy in the 1935 La Florida Bar Book, which omits the Strega. Jason's original recipe is as above but with 60ml rum.
