Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
4 oz Pineapple juice
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

History:

Created in 2021 thanks to Antonio Castro, a Discerning Drinker who made a Cuban-style Piña Colada with coconut flavoured rum. His name and the cocktail link with Cuba made naming this cocktail easy.
