Ingredients:
1 23 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
2 12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
56 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare lime slice wheel for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wheel.

Really good Paloma, sans fizz. Might not have to cut the syrup if topping with soda.

Great refreshing cocktail. Used the Orange Bitters, and will try again with the Angostura.
