| 37.5 ml | Bombay Sapphire Gin |
| 12.5 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 25 ml | Ruby red grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 100 ml | Martini Prosecco D.O.C. |
