History:

Not a Gin & Tonic named for MG owners, but one of three G&Ts created for the summer menu at RPM Steak Chophouse in Chicago, USA. The three drinks were named after each of the letters that comprise the restaurant's name with "M" being the last of the three. All that said, I've massively mucked around with the spec of the original RPM recipe. Hopefully for the better.

This one is passable, but not one I would make again. It's a shame there's so few cocktails and that uses cask aged gin, and none of them are great.. Are you up for the challenge Simon? 😅
