15 ml | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
4 whole | Raspberries |
10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
