Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Pastis
14 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
5 oz Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

POUR pastis and almond syrup into glass. Serve with bottle of sparkling water so the customer can dilute to their own taste. Lastly, add ice to fill glass.

I find Pastis taste better with still water than with sparkling. I tried both with and without orgeat. The mineral or slightly metallic taste of soda does not do well with the liquorice-anis.
