Review:

One man's 'dash' is another's 'splash'. At least that's how I've interpreted the amount of vermouth in this spirit-forward heavily calvados-influenced sipping cocktail. Would also suit being served over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Really liked this cocktail. Had as an evening sipper and it was great. Used 86 proof Applejack which added a little more spark and a bit stronger apple flavour. Nice spicy and peppery notes. Very pleasant.
