45 ml | Xiaman Mezcal |
15 ml | Amaro Nonino Quintessentia |
22.5 ml | Canton Ginger Liqueur |
10 ml | Maple syrup |
22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Pineapple juice |
0.2 ml | Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) |
