Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
30 ml Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
1 twist Lime zest (peel)
7.5 ml Pernod Absinthe
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
