Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Maxime Trijol Grande Champagne VSOP Cognac
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7 gram Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar
15 ml Edinburgh Gin's Raspberry Liqueur
1 barspoon Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
