Serve in a Poco grande
15 ml | Cachaça |
22.5 ml | Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.) |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Single cream/half-and-half |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
45 ml | Coconut liqueur (under 35% alc./vol.) |
15 ml | Pineapple gin |
45 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
60 ml | Pineapple juice |
